Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models to automate business workflows.
- Identify automation opportunities and recommend suitable AI/ML technologies.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing systems, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum ROI.
- Use tools like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and RPA platforms such as UiPath or Power Automate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software developers, and operations).
- Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability.
- Document automation processes and provide technical support when required.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, NLP, computer vision, and RPA.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or IT.
- 2–3 years of experience in AI and automation engineering is a mandatory requirement
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript, along with development mainly related to AI, chatbots, LLMs, RAG systems, and voice agents,
- Experience with automation tools such as , Zapier & n8n.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Must be good with rest api, OAuth and integration of third party tools like prompt engineering, hugging face, voice and chat systems, Lang chain, vector databases
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
