HR Executive

Job Summary:

We're hiring an HR Executive to run day-to-day HR operations at the head office and support coordination with site teams. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave, payroll inputs, HR documentation, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: JDs, posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
  • Run onboarding and induction; maintain complete personnel files and contracts
  • Track attendance, leave, and timesheets; prepare monthly payroll inputs for Accounts
  • Maintain HRIS/biometric records and produce weekly and monthly HR reports
  • Support performance cycles: probation, confirmations, appraisals, and exits
  • Handle employee relations, grievance logging, and basic disciplinary documentation
  • Plan a simple engagement calendar and internal communications
  • Prepare HR letters and documentation: offers, confirmations, warnings, experience letters
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations

Requirements:

  • Education: BBA/MBA in HR or related field
  • Experience: 2–3 years in a generalist HR role (recruitment and HR ops)
  • Tools: MS Excel (filters, lookups, basic pivots), Google Workspace, HRIS/biometric systems
  • Skills: clear written and verbal communication (English and Urdu), confidentiality, follow-through, time management

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
