Position Overview:

We are hiring a Retail Store Manager for our Karim Block outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring top-level customer service. This is a target-oriented role requiring strong leadership and proven retail management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily store operations for smooth and efficient functioning
  • Drive store sales performance and meet monthly targets
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the retail sales team
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain brand standards
  • Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and merchandising
  • Handle billing, cash management, and accurate daily sales reporting
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions and campaigns
  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional store environment

Requirements (Strict):

  • Must have hands-on experience with Candela POS software
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
  • 2–4 years of proven retail management experience (fashion/apparel preferred)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Must be flexible to work weekends and peak business hours
