Retail Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to oversee operations at our Elux Home Store, which offers a wide range of Home Appliances and Household Electronics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing retail store operations, including inventory, staff, cash, and accounts, with a strong background in home appliances or departmental retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day floor operations of the store.
- Manage inventory levels, stock display, and replenishment.
- Handle staff scheduling, performance, and discipline.
- Oversee cash handling, billing, and accounts reconciliation.
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth sales operations.
- Implement policies to improve sales, customer experience, and store efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum).
- Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience in retail store management (home appliances or large departmental stores preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, cash & accounts handling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
