Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic TSO / Sales Executive (FMCG) to strengthen our presence in local markets and modern trade. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product placement in retail outlets, managing relationships with store owners, taking orders, ensuring timely delivery, and maximizing product visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local markets, supermarkets, and general stores for product placement of SuperChef Foods
- Develop and manage relationships with retail store owners, distributors, and stockists
- Ensure products are well-displayed and adequately stocked in stores
- Take and follow up on orders, coordinating with logistics/warehouse
- Identify new markets, retail outlets, and expansion opportunities
- Execute in-store promotions or product tastings when required
- Monitor competitor activity and report insights
- Maintain records of sales visits, orders, and store feedback
- Ensure timely collection of payments (where applicable)
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, FMCG, or food product distribution
- Strong market knowledge and networking in the local retail sector
- Own bike and valid driving license (for field visits)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, with a hands-on attitude
- Basic knowledge of reporting and Excel/Google Sheets
