We are looking for a skilled Ads Expert who can plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms with confidence and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and budget optimization.
  • Develop and test ad creatives and copies to improve CTR and conversions.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics — CPC, CPA, ROAS — and prepare reports.
  • Recommend data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, ad policies, and new features.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
  • A portfolio of past campaigns or case studies is required.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other platforms is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of landing page optimization or SEO.
  • Agency experience is preferred.
