Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company's presence across all major social media platforms.

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube) to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for effective ad placement.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and ad creatives.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvement strategies.
  • Respond to audience inquiries, messages, and comments in a professional and timely manner.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance digital marketing strategy and overall online brand visibility.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management and digital advertising.
  • Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with creative tools is a plus.
  • Experience with email marketing and website analytics will be an advantage.
