About Us:

We are a fast-growing company seeking a results-driven email marketer who knows how to craft high-conversion campaigns while ensuring deliverability. If you understand not just how to write engaging copy, but also how to navigate technical factors like inbox placement, sender reputation, and spam filters, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email campaigns designed to drive conversions (sales, leads, signups, etc.).
  • Write compelling subject lines, engaging content, and strong CTAs tailored to different audiences.
  • Manage segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to maximize results.
  • Optimize deliverability: monitor inbox placement, domain reputation, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and maintain clean lists.
  • Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions, ROI) and implement continuous improvements.
  • Stay updated on email marketing trends, best practices, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email marketing with measurable results (portfolio/case studies preferred).
  • Strong copywriting and persuasion skills.
  • Technical knowledge of email deliverability and anti-spam best practices.
  • Familiarity with major email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Understanding of analytics and testing tools.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive problem solver.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in eCommerce email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, reactivation).
  • HTML/CSS knowledge for custom templates.
  • Knowledge of CRM integrations and automation.
