As the Marketing and Communication Lead, you will drive the end-to-end strategy for brand visibility, lead generation, and thought leadership. You'll be responsible for designing powerful narratives around PLC Group's AI and IoT solutions and leading a dynamic team to deliver consistent, high-impact messaging across platforms and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

● Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing and communication strategies.

● Design brand campaigns to position PLC Group as a thought leader in IoT, AI, and Mission-Critical Facility Management.

● Supervise all internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business goals.

● Collaborate with executive leadership, product teams, and sales departments to translate complex offerings into compelling content.

● Manage and mentor the marketing team; set KPIs and ensure alignment with company-wide objectives.

● Oversee digital marketing initiatives including performance marketing, social media, content, and website.

● Build strategic partnerships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders to increase brand reach.

● Evaluate analytics and insights to improve messaging, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

● 6+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, with at least 2 years in a lead role.

● Demonstrated success in B2B marketing, especially within technology or industrial sectors.

● Expertise in brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, and content development.

● Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.

● Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal communication skills.

● Deep understanding of how to align marketing strategy with business growth.
