As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who is highly skilled in media buying and campaign optimization. This is a key role for someone who lives and breathes Google Ads, Meta Ads, and understands how to combine creativity with data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Plan, execute, and refine media buying strategies to drive conversions and brand growth.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences to identify high-performing strategies.
  • Monitor budgets, adjust bids, and maximize campaign ROI.
  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Meta Developers tools, and other platforms to track performance.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and video teams to create compelling ad creatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, ad policies, and new features to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in media buying and digital advertising.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads (certifications are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, and funnel strategies.
  • Proficiency with A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Meta Developers tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions independently.
  • Creative thinker with a marketing-first mindset and attention to detail.

Pay: Rs50, Rs70,000.00 per month
