Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Optimize campaign performance by analyzing key metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPC, and CPA.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, headlines, descriptions, and landing pages.
  • Work closely with the creative teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and report on ad performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
  • Write compelling, high-converting ad copies tailored for different platforms, target audiences, and campaign goals.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximise ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or PPC campaign management.
  • Strong ad copy writing skills with experience in crafting engaging, persuasive, and results-driven ad content.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Ads Analytics
  • Experience with SEO and organic growth strategies is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
