Client Success Specialist for insurance and billing processing

The client success specialist will be crucial in verifying medical benefits and eligibility, managing financial assistance programs, and providing cost estimates. This position requires close collaboration with clients to ensure timely and accurate completion of insurance eligibility checks and cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities

Benefit Verification and Management

 Submit Benefit Investigation requests through online portals or by contacting the insurance companies via phone.

 Determine payor preferences for inventory distribution; Buy and Bill vs. Specialty Pharmacy options.

 Confirm insurance information in the patient profile is accurate and up to date.  Record details of benefit investigations, including the insurance representative's contact information and reference numbers.

 Verify patient eligibility for financial assistance programs and complete necessary enrollments.

Cost Estimates and Documentation

 Generate accurate cost estimates and document Benefits Investigations in patient profiles.

 Monitor and review the daily patient list report for the assigned working location, to ensure all required Cost Estimates are completed in a timely manner .

Client Communication and Support

 Assist clients with inquiries related to insurance benefits and cost estimates.

 Notify clients about updates related to the insurance benefits of patients with upcoming appointments.

 Maintain clear and timely communication with clients to address any questions or issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs120,000.00 per month
