As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Client Success Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and successful project execution between our clients and internal teams.
Role Overview:
As a Client Success Executive, you will be the key liaison between our clients, ensuring that their needs are clearly understood and efficiently communicated to the relevant agency teams. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring their needs are met.
- Understand client goals and work closely with the agency team to ensure projects and campaigns are executed effectively.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure all tasks are on track and deadlines are met.
- Provide clients with regular updates on the progress of ongoing campaigns and deliverables.
- Resolve any issues or concerns promptly, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance client experience.
- Collaborate with the account management and creative teams to ensure alignment on client objectives and project timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting for all client communications and project statuses.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (preferably within a digital marketing company).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and ensure client needs are addressed in a timely manner.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Remote
Timings: 5 PM - 2 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs90, Rs110,000.00 per month
