Role Overview:
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for high-priority sales roles. You'll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and driving hiring success in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales leaders and recruiting leadership to understand hiring alignment, source ideal candidate profiles, and align on search strategies for SDR org
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for SDR roles - from sourcing and screening through to interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a strong top-of-funnel for SDR roles
- Achieve and aim to surpass recruitment metrics and individual performance goals
- Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates through various channels
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) hygiene and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process
What we're looking for:
- Preferably 2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth or fast-paced setting; prior experience hiring for SaaS or Tech Sales roles, especially within Go-to-Market functions, is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse is highly preferred) and recruitment tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
- Solid understanding of the talent market in Pakistan, particularly for sales and GTM roles
- Proven ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders across all levels
- Strong organizational and project management abilities; highly detail-oriented and adaptable to change
- Self-starter who works well both independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed recruitment KPIs, even in a remote work setup
Work Schedule:
- This is a remote role, though occasional in-office presence may be required
- Work hours: 7 PM to 4 AM Pakistan Standard Time, Monday through Friday
