Job Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and professional, maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room usage.
- Provide basic administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with internal communication and coordination between departments.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or Intermediate/A-levels (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
