We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will offer hands-on experience across various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR and gain real-world experience in a professional environment

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).

Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities such as team-building events, birthday/anniversary celebrations, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and internal communications.

Help create engaging content for internal newsletters, HR announcements, and company-wide updates.

Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and internal meetings, ensuring timely communication and logistics.

Assist with policy updates, audits, and compliance checks.

Provide support in conducting employee surveys, gathering feedback, and analyzing results to improve engagement and satisfaction.

Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Eagerness to learn, contribute, and be part of a dynamic HR team.
