About the Internship

HA-Technologies is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students who want to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and daily HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes
  • Help manage attendance, HR files, and daily administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related matters
  • Assist HR team in employee engagement and organizational activities
  • Perform any other HR tasks assigned by the department

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate / Final-year student in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of HR functions (preferred but not required)
  • Eager to learn and grow in a professional environment
