We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have completed their degree and are eager to gain hands-on experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job ads and screening resumes.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist in organizing HR activities such as training sessions, employee engagement events, and surveys.
  • Help prepare HR documents, letters, and reports.
  • Learn and support day-to-day HR operations and compliance tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (degree completed).
  • Strong interest in HR and people management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

Nice to Have:

  • Internship experience in HR or administration (optional).
  • Knowledge of HR tools or ATS systems (bonus).
  • Certifications or short courses in HR (nice-to-have).

Pay: Rs20, Rs25,000.00 per month
