We're seeking a Business Development Specialist with a proven track record in driving new business—both nationally and internationally. If you're a go-getter who knows how to pitch marketing services, build relationships, and close deals, we want you on our team.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities across national and international markets. You'll work closely with the strategy and marketing teams to craft solutions for prospective clients and position our services as the best choice for their business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients across various industries in both domestic and international markets
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, networking platforms, and strategic channels
- Present and pitch tailored solutions including social media marketing, content creation, and ad campaign management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and communication
- Coordinate discovery calls, proposal development, and onboarding process
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the agency
- Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, and ads) to align client needs with services offered
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitive offerings
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B & B2C sales or business development (preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or creative services)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and advertising services
- Experience working with international clients or selling in global markets is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools)
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for business growth
Nice-to-Have
- Existing network or connections in industries like e-commerce, SaaS, skin care, healthcare, or lifestyle brands
- Experience with proposal writing and digital pitch decks
- Multilingual abilities for international outreach
- Understanding of agency operations and client onboarding processes
