As a
Sales & Service Engineer
at B. Braun you will play a vital role focuses both the sales and technical service of medical equipment, with a strong focus on the dialysis market. The ideal candidate will have a background in Biomedical Engineering and significant experience in the dialysis sector, particularly within the South region (Sindh & Balochistan).
Your key responsibilities
:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the dialysis market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hospitals, and clinics in the South region.
- Technical Service: Provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for dialysis equipment. Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing both sales inquiries and service requests.
- Project Management: Plan and execute projects to deliver solutions that meet customer needs efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, engineering, and technical support) to achieve company objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, service calls, and market feedback.
What you will bring to the team:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering (priority will be given to candidates with this background).
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in the dialysis market, especially in the South region (Sindh & Balochistan).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of dialysis equipment.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
