Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Services Engineer, ( Mechanical, Electronics and Electrical) located in Karachi. The Technical Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, performing troubleshooting, conducting regular maintenance, and ensuring timely delivery of after-sales services. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries related to technical services and maintenance, conducting pre-delivery inspections, providing operational training, and ensuring seamless spare parts availability. The role demands strong analytical skills and effective communication to address and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Technical Services, including the ability to perform troubleshooting and provide technical support
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and address technical issues effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Ability to work on-site in Karachi
  • Hands-on experience in maintenance and after-sales support services
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
  • Experience in the machinery or equipment industry is a plus
