Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Banca Sales Executives located in Karachi. The Banca Sales Executives will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Banca Sales, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role liaising with banking partners, and achieving sales targets for the Banca products.
- Experience in insurance, preferably in Banca products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements in the insurance sector
- Proficiency in using office software and tools
- Bachelor's degree or Intermediate with relevant experience or strong sales experience.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus
