Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Banking Assistant Relationship Manager, located in Karachi. The individual will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, analyzing financial data, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include providing financial services, advising clients on banking products, managing inquiries and resolving issues, and supporting the Retail Banking team in achieving its goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Relationship Management
  • New business development
  • proven track record in CA generation, banca sales and NTB along with cross sell functions
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Understanding of Finance and Financial Services
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the banking industry is a plus
