Role Overview

We are seeking a
Human Resources Specialist
who can own core HR functions while also supporting employer branding and culture initiatives. You will manage recruitment pipelines, onboarding systems, policy governance, payroll accuracy, and employee lifecycle management — while coordinating internal culture content with the marketing department.

This is a
high-impact role
with direct collaboration across leadership, operations, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Pipeline

  • Manage end-to-end hiring: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain strong candidate flow for high-demand roles (e.g., Cold Callers, Web Developers, Programmers).
  • Develop repeatable hiring systems & pipelines.

Onboarding & Training

  • Build structured onboarding and documentation.
  • Manage probation feedback loops & reports to leadership.
  • Coordinate internal training pathways.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Foster a culture aligned with U.S. business expectations.
  • Coordinate team-building and recognition initiatives.
  • Drive communication that reinforces company values & direction.

Performance Management

  • Work with department leads to define KPIs.
  • Run quarterly performance reviews.
  • Support improvement plans, documentation, and reporting.

HR Policies, Compliance & Payroll

  • Manage attendance, leave, code of conduct, and confidentiality.
  • Oversee employee contracts, NDAs & legal compliance.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and market-competitive benchmarking.

Development & Retention

  • Launch training/upskilling initiatives through Real VA Academy.
  • Design clear career pathways (VA → Follow-up Manager → Lead Manager → Acquisition Manager).
  • Conduct exit interviews and advise on retention strategies.

Employer Branding & Social Media Coordination

  • Capture internal activities, culture clips, and wins for social media.
  • Liaise with design/SEO teams to convert raw content to posts & reels.
  • Support an attractive and consistent employer brand presence online.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (outsourcing, BPO, tech, agency preferred).
  • Strong recruitment and retention understanding.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with content coordination or employer branding.
