Human Resource Operations Manager

About Us:

BizScale is a results-driven digital agency working with international clients, especially in the U.S. We're scaling fast, and to keep up the pace, we're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to take charge of our internal systems, teams, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilties:


•  Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and workflows


•  Manage the full recruitment cycle – job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding


•  Monitor employee performance, engagement, and growth plans


•  Handle payroll processing, leave records, and conflict resolution


•  Oversee employee documentation, contracts, and compliance


•  Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all departments


•  Manage attendance systems, performance dashboards, and team reviews


•  Optimize internal processes for better efficiency and structure


•  Assist in budgeting, procurement, and resource planning


•  Act as a bridge between leadership and teams


•  Schedule internal reviews, meetings, and reports for progress tracking

Requirements:


•  2+ years of experience in HR or Operations (preferably both)


•  Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll, and SOP creation


•  Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills


•  Comfortable working night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM)


•  Ability to work independently and take ownership
