About the Role

We are looking for a technically proficient and detail-oriented professional to take ownership of our WordPress website and web operations. This role blends web content management, light development, CRM support, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will ensure our digital presence is robust, fast, secure, and optimized for performance, while also contributing to marketing and automation initiatives through tools like HubSpot, SQL, and Python.

This is a hands-on role requiring end-to-end experience with WordPress from basic content updates to custom development along with a solid grasp of web analytics, automation workflows, and technical troubleshooting.

Requirements

WordPress Management & Web Development

  • Manage and maintain the entire WordPress website including page creation, content publishing, plugin updates, and security patches
  • Implement and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins based on business requirements
  • Ensure full-page responsiveness and consistent UX across all devices and screen sizes
  • Make front-end updates using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP as needed
  • Optimize page speed, mobile performance, and core web vitals using best practices
  • Collaborate with Design and Marketing teams to implement landing pages, blogs, and interactive assets

Technical Web Operations

  • Troubleshoot front-end and back-end issues across different browsers and devices
  • Monitor SEO health and performance via Google Search Console, Yoast, and other tools
  • Manage backups, uptime monitoring, and general website security and reliability
  • Ensure accessibility standards and data privacy regulations are consistently applied

CRM & Automation Support (HubSpot)

  • Create and embed HubSpot forms, CTAs, and workflows into the site
  • Support segmentation, list management, lead routing, and campaign performance tracking
  • Maintain clean integrations between WordPress and HubSpot Marketing/Sales Hubs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain effective CRM operations and marketing automation

Data, Reporting & Scripting

  • Use SQL to query databases for insights into user behavior and site performance
  • Generate and interpret reports from HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other data sources
  • Use Python scripts for lightweight automation tasks, data cleaning, transformation, or reporting needs
  • Provide actionable insights based on web analytics and performance data to support marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience managing WordPress websites, including custom theme/plugin development
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Proven experience creating fully responsive web pages optimized for mobile and desktop
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web performance tools
  • Practical experience writing and executing SQL queries
  • Familiarity with Python scripting for small-scale automation or data handling tasks
  • Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and web standards
  • HubSpot certifications and knowledge of data privacy regulations are a plus
