Product Manager
who combines a solid understanding of CRM systems with the ability to lead innovative SaaS and AI products from strategy to launch.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for SaaS and AI-powered solutions, with CRM as a core focus.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver scalable and user-friendly products.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities in SaaS and AI-driven CRM products.
  • Translate customer and business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
  • Prioritize product features and manage backlog for timely and high-impact releases.
  • Define KPIs and track adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support go-to-market strategies and work closely with sales and marketing teams on product positioning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a
    Product Manager
    in SaaS or software products.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms
    (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and their business applications.
  • Familiarity with
    AI in SaaS
    (automation, analytics, predictive modeling, or generative AI).
  • Experience working with Agile development teams and tools (e.g., Jira, Zoho Projects, Trello).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate across teams.
