Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant located in Islamabad. The Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, organizing files, and supporting various departments within the company. The Assistant will also be involved in coordinating meetings, assisting with project management tasks, and other office-related activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
  • Experience in office administration or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
