Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties including
filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning - Manage correspondence and maintain accurate office records
- Support scheduling, meetings, and daily coordination
- Provide administrative assistance to management and teams
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
(minimum) - 0–3 years
of experience in clerical/administrative roles - Strong
communication and organizational skills - Proficient in
MS Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook) - Knowledge of official operations and record-keeping
- Database management.
- Pleasant personality.
- Could handle pressure.
