Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical duties including
    filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning
  • Manage correspondence and maintain accurate office records
  • Support scheduling, meetings, and daily coordination
  • Provide administrative assistance to management and teams
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
    (minimum)
  • 0–3 years
    of experience in clerical/administrative roles
  • Strong
    communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in
    MS Office
    (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of official operations and record-keeping
  • Database management.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Could handle pressure.
