TRADE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Level: Execution-focused | Field & coordination role

Core Purpose

To execute and ensure the perfect implementation of marketing plans at store level — from display setups to BA coordination and retail promotions — maintaining Color Studio's premium brand image and plan /execute strategic retail projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retail Execution:
  • Install and maintain displays, gondolas, kiosks, testers, shelf talkers, and standees at stores and malls.
  • Ensure the brand's planogram and product arrangement are followed exactly.
  • Visit stores regularly to monitor visibility and stock levels.
  • BA & Store Coordination:
  • Ensure BAs are following SOPs (reporting, daily sales, grooming, attendance, etc.).
  • Gather daily/weekly reports on sales performance, stock issues, and BA feedback.
  • Promotions & Activities: Popups, Brand experiences, college level marketing campaigns
  • Implement promotional offers, product sampling, and nail art/makeup trials/skincare experience activation events.
  • Ensure visibility materials are updated before every promotion or campaign.
  • Collect photos (GPS, in-time/out-time) for verification and documentation.
  • Reporting & Market Feedback:
  • Prepare weekly store visit reports (visibility, competitor activity, slow-moving SKUs).
  • Operational Support:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs80,000.00 per month
