Manager Modern Trade & Key Accounts
- Develop and execute modern trade and key account strategies to drive sales growth, market share, and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail chains, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Negotiate annual business plans, trade terms, promotions, and joint business initiatives with key accounts.
- Monitor sales performance, track sell-in/sell-out data, and ensure achievement of revenue and volume targets.
- Manage trade spend effectively to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure timely execution of promotions, product launches, and stock availability.
- Conduct regular market visits to analyze competitor activities, consumer trends, and category insights.
- Lead, coach, and develop the key accounts/modern trade sales team to deliver business objectives.
- Prepare periodic reports, sales forecasts, and business reviews for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and customer agreements.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG/retail sales (modern trade & key account management)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to deliver sales growth and manage trade spends effectively
- Team leadership experience is a plus
