Trade Visibility Specialist

Location:
Karachi, Sindh (PK)

Purpose of the Job

The position is responsible for leading merchandising program operations, vendor management, and ensuring effective in-store execution across various trade channels. This role focuses on designing channel-wise look & feel, developing visibility KPIs, and optimizing trade programs for better shopper engagement and compliance tracking.

Job Description

  • Lead merchandising program operations and manage vendors efficiently.
  • Design
    channel-specific look & feel toolkits
    based on shopper needs.
  • Develop planograms for various trade channels.
  • Establish
    visibility KPIs
    for trade execution and compliance tracking.
  • Create
    interactive and efficient tools
    for modern trade.
  • Act as a
    bridge between marketing and regional stakeholders
    .
  • Define
    trade classifications
    and ensure ROI assurance in trade programs.
  • Develop visibility strategy based on
    channel and shopper needs
    .
  • Lead
    merchandising solutions and automation
    efforts.
  • Implement
    picture of success, performance dashboards, and payout methodology
    .
  • Track and align regions for
    OSA (On-Shelf Availability), SOS (Share of Shelf), Productivity, and Visibility compliance
    .
  • Design and manage the
    look & feel of trade channels
    for an improved shopper experience.
  • Collaborate with the
    brand team for artworks and promotional tools
    for trade activities.
  • Manage vendors for
    designing creative and efficient promotional tools, POSM (Point of Sale Materials), and modern trade categories
    .
  • Perform any other assignment as assigned by the superior as and when required.

Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within FMCG industry
