About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between clients and our technical team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven experience with US clients, and preferably exposure to customers in the Middle East. You will play a key role in requirement gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.

Location: Karachi - Onsite

Experience: 4–6 Years

Salary Package: 150k - 250k

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
  • Lead requirement elicitation sessions and workshops with stakeholders.
  • Analyze business flows, processes, and user journeys, especially during pre-sales discussions.
  • Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Technical Documentation.
  • Create application workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and user flows to visualize requirements for clients and developers.
  • Build and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and task breakdowns for estimations and project planning.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to define scope, effort estimates, and timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development, IT services, or IT consulting.
  • Strong experience working with US-based clients (mandatory).
  • Exposure to Middle Eastern customers will be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong organizational and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with pre-sales support and proposal creation.
  • Knowledge of business domains such as E-commerce, Fintech, Healthcare, or SaaS.
  • Hands-on exposure to preparing RFP/RFI responses.
