Overview
Job Description/Requirements
  • Drive sales of Networking, ICT, and Fixed Data solutions to target market segments, achieving revenue and profitability goals.

  • Promote and sell LAN/WAN, Fixed Data, WiFi, Unified Communications, Cybersecurity, and Video Conferencing solutions.

  • Lead pre-sales engagements, including solution scoping, technical validation, and commercial proposal preparation.

  • Develop high-level solution designs, Statements of Work (SOW), and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

  • Translate client business requirements into scalable, cost-effective architectures.

  • Provide technical support and product guidance to internal teams during the sales cycle.

  • Prepare and deliver professional client presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.

  • Negotiate and close business opportunities in line with set KPIs.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.

  • Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and training sessions.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in networking, ICT, and fixed data services.

  • Travel to client sites and industry events within Kenya and the region as required.

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics Engineering.

  • Networking industry certifications preferred (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Fortinet, Juniper).

  • Minimum 4 years' experience with networking, ICT, and fixed data solutions; technical pre-sales experience is an advantage.

  • Proven knowledge of data center, routing/switching, security, and voice solutions.

  • Track record of managing complex sales cycles from design to close.

  • 3 years driving experience is a must
