We are looking for a Growth Marketer with solid SaaS experience who can run user acquisition across multiple products, manage paid campaigns with confidence and work fast through structured experimentation. This role suits someone who prefers practical execution, clear thinking and a workflow supported by AI tools.

What You Will Work On

Paid Campaigns

  • Plan and manage campaigns on Meta, Google, Reddit and LinkedIn.
  • Test audience segments, creatives and copy across our product lineup.
  • Monitor daily performance and adjust based on real results.

Growth Experiments

  • Create small, focused experiments that answer specific questions.
  • Test variations in messaging, formats and channels.
  • Share findings in clear, simple summaries.

Funnel Understanding

  • Track how users move from click to signup.
  • Use GA4 and HubSpot to identify friction points.
  • Suggest practical improvements that increase conversions.

Messaging and Creative Inputs

  • Write short, effective copy for ads and landing pages.
  • Provide angles and insights that align with educator needs.
  • Collaborate with the content team to refine visuals and hooks.

Market Insight Gathering

  • Understand how teachers and institutions discover new tools.
  • Observe competitor activity and note opportunities.
  • Help shape positioning for different regions.

AI-Enhanced Workflow

  • Use AI tools to speed up research, copywriting, idea testing and reporting.
  • Adopt AI-assisted processes that improve output quality and reduce turnaround time.
  • Stay open to new tools that streamline growth activities.

What You Bring

Experience

  • Proven experience in SaaS growth or SaaS performance marketing.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Meta and Google Ads.

Skills

  • Comfort with data and simple analytics.
  • Ability to write clear and concise ad copy.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS funnels and user flows.
  • Familiarity with GA4, HubSpot and basic heatmap tools.
  • Efficient use of AI tools that support faster, smarter execution.
