Email Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist

We're looking for a data-driven and creative Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can build, execute, and optimize outbound campaigns that deliver measurable results — from initial outreach to booked sales calls.
You'll be working closely with our business development and marketing teams to identify prospects, craft targeted outreach, and generate consistent qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Outreach
- Build and execute cold email campaigns using tools like Instantly, Lemlist, or Mailshake.
- Manage domain warm-ups, sequencing, and inbox rotation for optimal deliverability.
- Write compelling and personalized email copy with strong CTAs.
- Source, verify, and segment lead lists using platforms like Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve open and reply rates.
- Maintain accurate campaign data in CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).
Social Outreach
- Engage and nurture leads across LinkedIn and Instagram through personalized messages.
- Repurpose email copy for social messages to strengthen engagement.
- Build relationships with prospects and secure qualified discovery calls.
Reporting & Optimisation
- Track key metrics such as open rate, reply rate, and conversion rate.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve based on insights.
- Experiment with tone, timing, and structure to maximize engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in outbound email marketing or B2B lead generation (agency experience preferred).
- Proven success in generating leads from UK, US, or UAE markets.
- Excellent copywriting and messaging skills for cold outreach.
- Proficiency with tools such as Instantly, Mailshake, Lemlist, Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot and automation tools.
- Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to manage campaigns with minimal supervision.
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Zapier, ChatGPT, or AI-driven personalization platforms.
