Role Overview:

We're seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Specialist
to support our sales and growth efforts. This is an
entry-level role
, ideal for someone with a digital marketing background, IT/software exposure, or freelancing experience, who wants to build a career in B2B sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in
    finding potential clients
    through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other online platforms.
  • Support the sales team in preparing
    pitches, proposals, and presentations
    .
  • Help manage and update the
    sales pipeline
    in CRM tools.
  • Conduct initial outreach via
    cold emails, messages, and social media
    .
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to understand services and client needs.
  • Learn and contribute to
    B2B sales strategies
    and client acquisition processes.

Requirements:

  • Digital marketing knowledge or exposure, IT/software project experience, or freelancing background.
  • Interest in
    B2B sales and business development
    .
  • Good
    communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiatives, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of
    online platforms
    like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus but not mandatory.
