Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to help scale our client acquisition channels. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of proven experience generating high-quality leads for IT, cybersecurity, SaaS, or digital agencies.

Key Responsibilities


• Build and execute lead generation strategies across LinkedIn, email, and industry platforms


• Generate qualified B2B leads aligned with our cybersecurity and AI services


• Work with the Communications & Partnerships team to target companies, universities, and corporate clients


• Manage CRM, track conversions, and optimize lead pipelines


• Create outreach messages, sequences, and email campaigns


• Collaborate with the CEO and define target markets


• Maintain weekly reports and KPIs

Requirements


• 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation


• Strong expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, or similar tools


• Proven success generating leads for IT/cybersecurity/SaaS companies


• Excellent English communication skills


• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results


• Strong understanding of digital funnels, ICP building, and segmentation
