About the Role:
As a Dynamics CRM Developer, you will be integral to customizing and enhancing our Dynamics 365 platform. You will collaborate with our technical and business teams to develop solutions that streamline operations, enhance user experience, and drive customer success. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency of our sales, marketing, and customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
- Create and manage entities, forms, views, business rules, and workflows.
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
- Write and debug JavaScript for client-side scripting, form events, and ribbon commands.
- Assist in the design and implementation of solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Support data migration and integration efforts with other systems.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
What You Bring (Qualifications):
- 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules).
- Practical experience with the Power Platform, including Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Proficiency in JavaScript for client-side customizations.
- A solid understanding of core CRM concepts (e.g., entities, relationships, security models).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn new technologies and frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively in our hybrid model, coming into our [City] office as needed for team collaboration, workshops, and key meetings.
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have):
- Good Experience with Power Apps.
- Familiarity with C# and the .NET framework for writing plugins and custom workflow activities.
- Knowledge of web services (REST, OData) and integration patterns.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools for source control and deployments.
- Any Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-900, MB-910, MB-920).
