Role Purpose
The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing One Homes' customer relationship management systems and processes. The role focuses on improving customer engagement, retention, and lead nurturing by leveraging CRM data, automation, and personalized communication strategies. The CRM Manager will act as the bridge between marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Strategy & Management
- Own and manage the CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and maximize lifetime value.
- Ensure CRM processes align with sales and marketing objectives.
2. Data Management & Segmentation
- Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date customer data.
- Segment audiences based on demographics, behavior, and engagement.
- Ensure GDPR and local data protection compliance.
3. Automation & Campaign Execution
- Build automated lead nurturing workflows and customer journeys.
- Execute email/SMS campaigns for lead conversion and customer retention.
- Optimize engagement by using personalization and behavioral triggers.
4. Reporting & Insights
- Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI through CRM dashboards.
- Provide insights to sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Develop predictive models for lead scoring and customer retention.
5. Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Partner with sales to improve pipeline visibility and reporting.
- Implement lead scoring models to prioritize high-value prospects.
- Support sales teams with CRM best practices and training.
6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Stay up to date with CRM technologies, tools, and trends.
- Recommend and implement improvements to workflows, integrations, and user experience.
- Ensure the CRM supports the company's growth strategy.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in real estate, luxury, or high-value B2C industries.
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and retention strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills with marketing, sales, and customer service.
