About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads for our marketing and software services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B lead generation, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and generate new business leads through online platforms, databases, social media, and networking.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, and email marketing platforms to connect with potential clients.
  • Qualify leads through calls, emails, and messages to determine potential fit.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Execute outreach campaigns (cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, etc.) to schedule meetings for the business development team.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs related to lead generation and appointments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in lead generation, preferably in marketing or IT/software services.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and lead generation tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Experience with email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to identify quality leads.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
