National Sales Manager

Job Purpose:
The National Sales Manager (NSM) will be responsible for leading and managing the company's nationwide sales operations for the battery division. This role focuses on achieving sales growth, developing distribution networks, managing regional teams, and expanding market share in the automotive, industrial, and solar battery segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Prepare annual sales forecasts, targets, and budgets in alignment with company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets across all regions.
- Conduct regular market analysis to monitor trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Expand and strengthen the dealer network across Pakistan.
- Oversee credit management, dealer incentives, and ensure timely payment recoveries.
- Ensure effective coordination with production, logistics, marketing, and finance departments.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely supply and availability across all regions.
- Review regional sales reports and prepare consolidated national performance reports for management.
- Analyze market performance, competitor positioning, and sales trends for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a equivalent field.
- 12-15 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the battery, automotive, or energy industry, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Proven experience in managing nationwide dealer networks and leading large teams.
- Strong understanding of automotive and industrial battery markets in Pakistan.

Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month
