As we grow, we need a dedicated intern to support our IT infrastructure, network, and internet systems to ensure stability, security, and availability.

Job Summary

As an IT Operations & Support Intern, you will assist the IT team in monitoring internet connectivity, troubleshooting network issues, supporting cloud infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor internet and network connectivity (bandwidth usage, uptime, latency).

· Assist in maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

· Support troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, DNS, and connectivity issues.

· Collaborate with ISPs and vendors to resolve outages or performance issues.

· Provide support to employees for IT-related issues (internet, devices, systems).

· Assist in applying patches, updates, and system configurations.

· Maintain documentation of network setup and IT support procedures.

· Participate in on-call or after-hours support (when required).

Qualifications & Skills

· Intermediate-level students' basic knowledge of Computer Science, IT, or related field.

· Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls).

· Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

· Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresher

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From Rs20,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
