Account Manager – BG (Lahore - Hybrid) Type: Full-Time | Start Date: ASAP

BG is a fast-growing digital agency specializing in paid ads, social media, and email marketing for mission-driven brands. We're looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our team and be the bridge between clients and our creative teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationships.
  • Manage digital campaigns across paid ads, social media, and email marketing.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and marketers to deliver projects on time.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items.
  • Review and QA all deliverables before sending them to clients.
  • Ensure client requests are addressed within 24 hours.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English (almost native-level)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or client services (preferably in a digital agency).
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing (paid ads, social media, email).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in leading client calls.
  • Experience in the nonprofit industry is highly preferable.
