Role Overview:

As an HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR operations, with a focus on attendance management, payroll processing, performance management, and maintaining accurate employee records. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will support both staff and management in creating an efficient and transparent workplace. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a challenging role, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

Manage staff attendance records, leave requests, and ensure compliance with attendance policies.

Assist in payroll processing by maintaining accurate data and coordinating with Payroll team.

Support performance management processes, including appraisal documentation and KPI tracking.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Provide day-to-day HR operational support to staff and management as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management

1-2 years of HR experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is must

Fluency in written and spoken English

Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
