The Role

We are looking for a Human Resources Officer
to join our team in
DHA Phase 4, Lahore
. This is a
full-time, on-site position
where you'll play a key role in managing HR operations and driving employee engagement in a fast-paced digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies.
  • Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and conducting initial screenings.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

What We're Looking For

  • 6 months – 1 year of HR experience (agency experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with teams.
  • Understanding of digital marketing agency workflows is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
