Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager in the Lahore District. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, and handling employee relations. Additional responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, ensuring compliance with labor laws, facilitating training and development programs, and maintaining HR records.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR operations, recruitment processes, and employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to conduct performance reviews and manage training and development programs
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
