- What You'll Do:
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Lead end-to-end hiring for technical roles (engineers, developers, data pros)
Build compelling employer brand strategies to attract top talent
Onboarding & Offboarding
Deliver smooth, professional onboarding experiences and manage graceful exits and ensure legal compliance
Employee Experience & Relations
Serve as a trusted HR advisor
Champion a collaborative, healthy, and inclusive work culture
Performance & Development
Run performance cycles and help define OKRs
Drive L&D programs to upskill our tech talent
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain HRIS and personnel data
Ensure labor law compliance, payroll coordination, and policy updates
- What You Bring:
Bachelor's or Master's in HR / Business Administration
3–7 years in HR within the IT or tech space
Solid understanding of software/tech hiring
Experience with HR tools
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Bonus Points for:
Experience with remote/hybrid teams
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
Certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) Ready to make an impact at a growing tech firm?
