Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement through programs and activities.
  • Address and resolve workplace issues, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Performance Management:
  • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance.
  • Assist managers with providing feedback, conducting evaluations, and setting performance goals.
  • Implement employee development programs to improve skills and productivity.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate leadership development and other training initiatives to support career growth.
  • Compliance & Benefits:
  • Ensure the company complies with labour laws, workplace safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and handle payroll processing.
  • Compensation & Reward:
  • Develop compensation strategies that are competitive within the industry.
  • Manage salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive programs.
  • Policy & Procedure Management:
  • Draft, update, and enforce HR policies, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and employment law to ensure the company remains compliant.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
