Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fixed Local Loop (FLL) Manager located in Lahore. The FLL Manager will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and operation of fixed local loop systems. Day-to-day tasks include managing field technicians, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and optimizing network performance. The FLL Manager will also coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any technical issues that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Experience in installation, maintenance, and operation of fixed local loop systems
  • Leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee field technicians
  • Strong understanding of industry standards for compliance and technical proficiency
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address technical issues efficiently
  • Strong communication skills for coordination with other departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
  • Previous experience in a managerial role in the telecommunications industry is a plus
